Terms and Conditions - Mzunguu Safari Lodge

**1. General Terms:

• These terms and conditions govern the relationship between Mzunguu Safari Lodge and the guest(s) making reservations and/or utilizing the lodge's facilities and services.

**2. Reservation Confirmation:

• All reservations are subject to availability. Mzunguu Safari Lodge reserves the right to refuse any reservation request at its discretion. A reservation is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a valid booking confirmation.

**3. Guest Conduct:

• Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner during their stay. Any behavior deemed disruptive or harmful to the well-being of other guests, staff, or the property may result in immediate eviction without refund.

**4. Age Requirement:

• Guests must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation and check in at Mzunguu Safari Lodge unless accompanied by an adult guardian.

**5. Damages and Loss:

• Guests are financially responsible for any damages or losses caused to the property, including but not limited to furnishings, amenities, and equipment, during their stay. Charges for such damages will be applied to the guest's account.

**6. Pets:

• Pets are not allowed on the lodge premises unless explicitly permitted in writing by the management. Service animals may be accommodated in accordance with applicable laws.

**7. Force Majeure:

• Mzunguu Safari Lodge is not liable for failure to perform its obligations if such failure is due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to Acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, or governmental actions.

**8. Health and Safety:

• Guests are required to comply with health and safety regulations and guidelines provided by the lodge. Any failure to do so may result in eviction from the premises.

**9. Liability:

• Mzunguu Safari Lodge is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their property during their stay. Guests are encouraged to secure personal belongings and valuables.

**10. Privacy Policy:

• Mzunguu Safari Lodge respects the privacy of its guests. Personal information provided during the reservation process will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.

**11. Cancellations and Refunds:

• Refer to the booking policy for details on cancellations and refunds. Cancellation requests must be made in writing to the lodge's reservations team.

**12. Modification of Terms:

• Mzunguu Safari Lodge reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Guests will be notified of any changes, and the modified terms will apply to all future reservations.

**13. Governing Law:

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Tanzania. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tanzanian courts.

By making a reservation or utilizing the facilities and services of Mzunguu Safari Lodge, guests acknowledge and agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
