Booking Policy - Mzunguu Safari Lodge

Reservation and Booking:

1. Reservation Confirmation:

   • All reservations are subject to availability. A reservation is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a valid booking confirmation from Mzunguu Safari Lodge.

2. Booking Channels:

   • Guests can make reservations through our official website, authorized travel agents, or by contacting our reservations team directly. We recommend using official channels to ensure the accuracy and validity of your reservation.

Payment Policies:

1. Deposit:

   • To secure your reservation, a non-refundable deposit is required. The deposit amount and payment instructions will be provided at the time of booking.

2. Balance Payment:

   • The remaining balance must be settled upon check-in at the lodge. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, or other forms of payment as specified in the booking confirmation.

3. Cancellation and Refund:

   • Cancellations must be made in writing and sent to the lodge's reservations team. The following cancellation policy applies:
     • Cancellation more than 30 days before the scheduled arrival: Deposit forfeited.
     • Cancellation within 30 days of arrival: 100% of the total booking cost.

Check-In and Check-Out:

1. Check-In:

   • Check-in time is from [specified time] onwards. Early check-in may be accommodated subject to availability.

2. Check-Out:

   • Guests are required to check out by [specified time]. Late check-out may be arranged based on availability and is subject to additional charges.

Modification of Reservations:

1. Date Changes:
   • Changes to reservation dates are subject to availability and must be requested in writing. Additional charges may apply based on the new booking dates.

Guest Responsibilities:

1. Personal Information:

   • Guests are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date personal information at the time of booking. Any discrepancies may result in the cancellation of the reservation.

2. Special Requests:

   • Special requests, such as dietary restrictions or room preferences, should be communicated at the time of booking. While we will make every effort to accommodate these requests, they cannot be guaranteed.

Force Majeure:

1. Unforeseen Circumstances:
   • Mzunguu Safari Lodge is not liable for failure to perform its obligations if such failure is as a result of Acts of God (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane, or other natural disasters), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities, civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power, terrorism, governmental sanctions, blockades, embargoes, or any other cause beyond our reasonable control.

By making a reservation with Mzunguu Safari Lodge, guests acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this booking policy. We recommend reviewing this policy carefully and contacting our reservations team for any clarifications or additional information.
